Árpád József Tóth (Arpad von Tóth), Basel — Information sought
Quantum Family-Office · Quantum Consulting International · Stateside Realty · Quantum Leadership Academy
One euro and two cents: that is the share capital of the company in Sofia that is described on its website as an “EU-regulated trust company” and whose “CEO” is Árpád Tóth. It is one of the companies through which he has presented himself under the “Quantum” brand since 2023 — alongside a consultancy in London that is reported as dormant to the British commercial register, and a real estate company in Wyoming that is based at the shared address of a registered agent and whose tokens, according to the website, are said to be “Compliant with MiFID II”. The same website invokes the German financial supervisory authority: “Authorized by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany”. Neither Mr Tóth nor any of his companies is listed in the company database of Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
Árpád József Tóth, born in 1962, resident in Basel according to the commercial register, has been registered in the Swiss commercial register since 2005 as an officer of companies offering asset management, investments and advisory services: first at a Zurich asset management company (2005–2008), from 2013 under the names “Reale Werte”, “Tax Liens Investment”, “Cashflow” and “RichFamily Academy”, since 2023 under the “Quantum” brand with companies in Sofia, London and Wyoming — and since September 2026 with Quantum Leadership Academy Ltd. in London. Three of the Swiss companies he led have been declared bankrupt. The first set of proceedings was closed for lack of assets; the other two are ongoing.
Creditors whose claims relate to investment and advisory offerings that Mr Tóth marketed through these companies are using this page to seek information about his whereabouts and his assets. The claims are directed against Mr Tóth personally and are based in tort. He uses the names Árpád József Tóth, Arpad Jozsef Toth and Arpad von Tóth and describes himself as “CEO Quantum Family-Office” and “Executive Chairman Quantum Consulting International”. His official name is Tóth, without the “von” — see “Misleading statements” below.
An address in Basel
Mr Tóth is registered as resident in Basel — according to information from the residents’ registration office, but also by his own account. His companies also had their registered office at the same address. He is not to be found there. Registered letters sent to the registered residential address are not collected, post is redirected and deadlines pass unanswered.
This is not new. In July 2020 one of his companies, RichFamily Academy AG, was dissolved ex officio by the commercial register office: it had lost its legal domicile because it could no longer be reached at its registered address. The commercial register listed him personally as resident in Budapest from 2017 to 2019, and since then in Basel or Pratteln; on his websites he describes himself as “active in Switzerland and Budapest”.
From spring to autumn 2026, according to available findings, he stayed mainly in Mallorca, most recently in the north-east of the island; he has since left the island. For courts and debt enforcement authorities, the registered residential address in Switzerland remains the one that applies. For everyone else — investors, business partners, local authorities — this means: anyone who deals with him is dealing with someone who cannot be reached at his official address and who regularly changes where he is staying.
Three companies, three bankruptcies
The history of the three Swiss companies can be read in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. All three had their registered office first in Zug, from 2017 in Zurich and since 2019 in Basel, and all three changed their names along the way. Angry Byte Technology AG, founded in December 2012, became Tax Liens Investment AG in 2014 and Tax Liens Management AG in 2019. Candida Treuhand AG became Cashflow Rechtsberatungs- und Wirtschaftstreuhand AG and, in 2021, homeTRUST Holding AG. Cashflow Business Academy AG became RichFamily Academy AG in 2017.
Mr Tóth sat on all three boards of directors, at times as chairman. From 2017 to 2019, Alexander Diener was also registered as a member of the management of all three companies — at RichFamily Academy AG and Cashflow (later homeTRUST) from 29 September 2017 to 14 January 2019, and at Tax Liens Investment AG from 20 October 2017 to 7 March 2019.
All three companies ended in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy proceedings against RichFamily Academy AG were opened with effect from 9 August 2021; on 2 August 2022 the proceedings were closed for lack of assets, and in 2024 the company was deleted from the commercial register. Bankruptcy proceedings against homeTRUST Holding AG were opened on 7 August 2025, and against Tax Liens Management AG on 20 January 2026. Both proceedings are ongoing.
In each case, the successor companies abroad already existed. Rich Family Academy Limited in London was incorporated on 21 June 2021, seven weeks before the bankruptcy of RichFamily Academy AG took effect. Quantum Family-Office in Sofia was formed in April 2023, Quantum Consulting International Limited in London in July 2023 and Stateside Realty Inc. in Wyoming in November 2023 — all before the bankruptcy of homeTRUST Holding AG. And on 3 September 2026, seven and a half months after the bankruptcy of Tax Liens Management AG, Quantum Leadership Academy Ltd. was registered in London, with education and seminars as its purpose and capital of one pound. The products — US real estate, tax liens, seminars — remain; the liabilities remain behind in the bankruptcies.

The “Quantum” brand
Since 2023 Mr Tóth has presented himself under the “Quantum” brand. According to the registers, behind it are three companies in three countries, all registered to the same person, and, according to the imprint, a fourth in Georgia. In Sofia, Quantum Family-Office ЕООД (in its own spelling “Quantum Family-Office LLC”), incorporated on 7 April 2023, a single-member limited company with share capital of EUR 1.02, of which he is the sole shareholder and managing director. In London, Quantum Consulting International Limited, incorporated on 3 July 2023, with him as sole director, a virtual office address and annual accounts that it files as a dormant company. In Wyoming, Stateside Realty Inc., incorporated on 1 November 2023, whose registered office is the shared address of a registered agent in Sheridan and of which he is President. And, in the imprint of quantum-familyoffice.com, a “Quantum Bancorp LTD” in Tbilisi with “licence 140” — a licence of the Georgian Free Industrial Zone, not a banking or financial licence in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland. Since 3 September 2026 there has also been Quantum Leadership Academy Ltd. in London, with him as sole director and sole shareholder.
What was sold through the companies named included US tax liens (“Tax Liens”) as an investment, precious-metal investments in osmium, the financing of real estate projects and, since 2024, advisory and structuring services for the “tokenisation” of real estate. On quantum-investments.io, as of October 2026, token offerings worth tens of millions are advertised: “Palma-Token”, “Aspen-Token”, “BlueCove-Token”. The website names Stateside Realty Inc. as the provider of the tokens and “Quantum Investments c/o Quantum Consulting Int. Ltd.” as the brand owner — the same London company that is reported as dormant to Companies House.

Based on the public registers (Zefix and Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce, Companies House, Bulgarian commercial register, Wyoming Secretary of State, GLEIF; searches of 13 October 2026), the SEC’s EDGAR database, the BaFin company database, the decision of the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of 12 February 2026, the websites quantum-familyoffice.com and quantum-investments.io (the latter archived on 5 September 2026 and checked again on 23 October 2026), publications by the person named himself and information from the creditors. Unless stated otherwise, terms in quotation marks come from Mr Tóth or his websites.
Misleading statements
Anyone who checks the statements Mr Tóth uses to present himself against the public registers comes across discrepancies on material points. They all point in the same direction: the image presented is bigger, older and more regulated than the registers support. The register searches were carried out on 13 October 2026.
It starts with the name. His official name is Tóth, Árpád József. That is how he has appeared in the Swiss commercial register since 2013, how he appears in the Bulgarian commercial register and in the Wyoming register, and how he appears in the entries for which the UK’s Companies House verified his identity in 2025 and 2026. The “von” appears only where he provided the information himself. In 2006 his entry in the commercial register of the Canton of Aargau was changed from “Toth, Arpad” to “von Toth, Arpad”; at the time he sat on the board of directors of “Karl Prinz von Thurn und Taxis AG Asset Management”. In 2021 and 2022 he registered himself in the records of Rich Family Academy Limited in London as “Arpad Von Toth” — and it was precisely this entry that Companies House verified as “Arpad Jozsef Toth” during its identity verification in November 2025. On his websites, in email addresses, signatures and professional profiles, he continues to use the “von”.
Then the company history. His British company is called “Quantum Consulting International Limited” and has existed since 3 July 2023, company number 14976084. In his correspondence he calls it “Quantum International Consulting Ltd.” and gives its number as 02829015. That is the number of a different company: Quantum International Consulting Limited in Liss, Surrey, founded in 1993 and bearing that name since 2004, which has nothing to do with him. This creates the impression of a thirty-year company history, where in fact there is a company founded in 2023 with a single director.
The CV. In his professional online profile he lists “RichFamily Academy AG, July 2013 – present” and “Tax Liens Management AG, December 2012 – present” as current activities. RichFamily Academy AG was dissolved ex officio in 2020 and deleted from the commercial register in 2024; Tax Liens Management AG has been in bankruptcy since January 2026. December 2012 is the founding date of the predecessor company Angry Byte Technology AG.
The titles. “CEO Quantum Family-Office”: a single-member limited company with share capital of EUR 1.02, of which he is the sole shareholder and managing director. “Executive Chairman Quantum Consulting International”: a company that has him as its sole director, is based at a virtual office address and files its accounts as a dormant company — that is, by its own declaration to Companies House, with no business activity. “President” of Stateside Realty Inc.: a company whose registered office is the shared address of a registered agent in Wyoming.
The statements on regulatory supervision go furthest. On quantum-investments.io (archived on 5 September 2026, checked again on 23 October 2026) it says “Authorized by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany” and “Stateside Realty Tokens are Compliant with MiFID II”; the tokens are advertised as “Reg D / Reg S Compliant” and “ISIN & CUSIP Registered”. Neither Mr Tóth nor any of his companies is listed in the BaFin company database (search of 13 October 2026). MiFID II requires authorisation as an investment firm; no such authorisation is apparent for any of the companies. The EDGAR database of the US securities regulator, the SEC, contains not a single filing for Stateside Realty Inc., not even a Form D.
The second website, quantum-familyoffice.com, calls the Bulgarian company an “EU-regulated trust company” and a “state-approved trust company”. The “License-Nb. BB-163” cited there and in his signatures is, by the company’s own account, a registration under Art. 9a of the Bulgarian Anti-Money Laundering Act — a registration relating to reporting obligations, not a licence for investment or banking business. An application by Quantum Family-Office for a licence as a crypto-asset service provider under the EU MiCA Regulation was not considered on its merits by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC, KFN in Bulgarian) on 12 February 2026 because of incomplete documentation; since the end of the transitional period on 1 July 2026, only licensed providers may provide crypto-asset services in the EU. The “Quantum Bancorp LTD” named in the imprint of the same website is listed with “licence 140” — a licence of the Georgian Free Industrial Zone, not a banking licence in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland.
The London company is dormant and active at the same time. To Companies House, Quantum Consulting International Limited declares that it is dormant; the latest accounts made up to 31 July 2025, filed on 26 February 2026, bear his signature as director. At the same time, the same company appears in the imprint of quantum-investments.io as the brand owner of the token offerings (“Quantum Investments c/o Quantum Consulting Int. Ltd.”) and in his correspondence as “Corporate & Investment Advisory”. In September 2025 Companies House initiated compulsory strike-off action because of outstanding filings (First Gazette Notice of 23 September 2025); after the overdue filings were submitted, the action was discontinued the following day. Rich Family Academy Limited has likewise filed only dormant accounts since 2021; on 29 September 2026 Companies House initiated compulsory strike-off action against it. The picture is the same in Wyoming: after the registered agent resigned, Stateside Realty Inc. was administratively dissolved on 12 May 2025 and reinstated on 2 October 2025.
And the addresses: two virtual offices in London, the shared address of a registered agent in Wyoming, a registered residential address in Basel where he is not to be found. None of the registered addresses is a place where he is to be found. The sequence of companies described above belongs on the same list: each successor abroad already existed when its Swiss predecessor went bankrupt.
